Hello, I’m Olivia Bussey — a leadership and workplace strategist, speaker, consultant and educator.

With more than 18 years’ experience across education, assessment, leadership and consultancy, including senior roles in quality, compliance and regulation, I bring a strategic and deeply human perspective to leadership and professional success. I have served as an Ofqual Responsible Officer, led assessment and quality initiatives, advised organisations and contributed to strategic governance.

My work explores the intersection of ambition, power, leadership, workplace culture and human behaviour — and what happens when our drive for success meets pressure, identity and responsibility.

Through speaking, consultancy, leadership development and coaching, I help ambitious professionals and organisations navigate performance, culture, career progression and leadership — without losing themselves in the process.

I am also the host of Empowerment Junction, exploring the realities of leadership, work, identity, resilience and success.
